The Problem:

Flowline has released their new offering of radar level control, called EchoPulse, for plastic, fiberglass, concrete and metallic tanks.  The feedback from actual customer application beta test sites has been extremely positive and Ryan Herco Flow Solutions views this as a new, virtually “bullet-proof” addition to our level product offering that addresses difficult applications conditions.

Flowline offers a complete family of radar level sensors for to fit your most demanding applications:

LR10: The Flowline LR10 general purpose 26 GHz. pulse radar level transmitter provides continuous level measurement up to 32.8’ (10m) with 4-20 mA signal output and is configured via an integral push-button display module. The non-contact liquid level sensor is intended for chemical or water storage applications in above grade metal or reinforced concrete tanks or below grade tanks of any material. Select this sensor for easy application conditions with corrosive media, light agitation, condensation or vapor, and installation in a low-profile tank adapter or flanged fitting.

LR15: This 26 GHz sensor features a 4-20 mA output, easy push-button configuration and range of 98.4’ (30m).  Intended for petroleum, water, wastewater and dilute chemical storage applications, the LR15 may be used in above ground or below ground tanks of any material. Select this sensor for challenging applications conditions with low or non-corrosive media, light surface foam or agitation and installation in a tank adapter, flange fitting, or metal stand-pipe. Offered in three antenna sizes.  The longer the antenna, the narrower the beam width for more challenging applications.

LR20: The LR20 26 GHz sensor features a 4-20 mA output, easy push-button configuration and range of 65.5’ (20m).  It features a PTFE covered horn for use in highly concentrated or vaporous chemical applications and is offered in two antenna sizes.

LR25: This general purpose 6.3 GHz. pulse radar level transmitter provides continuous level measurement up to 114.8’ (35m) with 4-20 mA signal output and is configured via an integral push-button display module. The non-contact liquid level sensor is intended chemical and petroleum storage or process applications in above grade metal or concrete reinforced tanks.  Select this sensor for harsh applications conditions with corrosive or low dielectric media, heavy foam or agitation or vapor and condensation.

LR30: The LR30 26 GHz sensor features a 4-20 mA output, easy push-button configuration and range of 98.4’ (30m).  Intended for industrial wastewater, municipal storm or sewer lift station, reservoir, river, canal or flume applications located above or below ground.  Select this sensor for challenging application conditions such as light foam or agitation, small trash or plant material and condensation or vapor.
