All-Flo provides non-metallic air-operated double-diaphragm pump in port sizes up to 2”. Self-priming and able to run dry, these pumps are excellent with viscous fluids with a choice of thermoplastic bodies and elastomers to handle a variety of chemicals and corrosive fluids. Vanton Flex-I-Liner Pumps

These are all-purpose pumps that are sealless and self-priming. The can pump in either direction and can run dry. Flex-I-Liner pumps can be furnished with electric motors, rotary vane air motors or with variable speed drives for metering purposes.

A variety of materials are available to fit the chemical being pumped, including polyethylene, polypropylene, Teflon or stainless steel. The flexible liner is available in EPDM, natural rubber, Buna N, neoprene, Viton, butyl or hypalon. The only wear part of the pump is the liner which is easily and inexpensively replaced. High Viscosity Drum Pumps

Ryan Herco can provide drum pumps specifically targeted at moving high viscosity fluids. Using a progressive cavity impeller, fluids up to 100,000 ssu can be moved smoothly and continuously. Submersible Non-Metallic Mag-Drive Pumps

Corrosion resistant submersible pumps are available with flow rates from 40 to 80 gpm. Plastic bodies with cast iron motor housings are standard and a fully corrosion-reisitant, non-metallic pump made of carbon fiber reinforced polypropylene is also available. Contact us for more information.
