PTFE Lined Piping Systems & Vessels

By combining seamless bonded linings to metal structures, service life is lengthened at a lower cost than using expensive metal alloys such as Hastelloy(r) or super duplex stainless steel. The rotational lining provides the system designer with the structural qualities of metal while protecting the metal substrate from its vulnerability to many forms of corrosion.
Rotational Lining Solutions
RMB's rotational lining capability lets us provide seamless, bonded linings for unusually configured pipes, fittings, tanks and other structures. Their focus is on fluoropolymers, nylon and other proven thermoplastics, including many proprietary compounds they have developed and produced. PTFE lined pipe and fittings are available in 1" to 12" sizes in various grades of metal, from carbon steel to stainless steel.
Ryan Herco and RMB can also can work with you to line tanks, pressure vessels, scrubbers, pumps, valves, and many other types of process equipment or complex geometries. Lining materials available include PFA, ETFE, PVDF, ECTFE, Nylon and HDPE. We'll work with you to determine the proper polymer and liner thickness based on the chemical properties of the final assembly.
