If you look hard enough, you'll see Micropumps in the most demanding applications -- like in the International Space Station, Air Force One, and the Mars Rover. There's a reason for that. Having invented the magnetic drive gear pump, Micropump technology is second to none and they continue to lead in design and innovation. Micropump also has unparalleled expertise in applying pumping technology to application needs and regularly helps customers design elegant pumping solutions for challenging applications. Lastly, the quality of Micropump products is the best in the business. Once you've used a Micropump in your application, you will see why you can find Micropump products in the toughest and most challenging applications.

Comprehensive Product Line

Micropump specializes in lower flow rate, precision pumping applications. Pump flow rates range from 10 ml/min up to 40 l/min with a temperature range of -50C to 177C. High system pressures are also capably handled with differential pressures up to 250 psi and system pressures of up to 5000 psi able to be accommodated. Micropump offers both centrifugal and gear-driven pump head options that can be coupled to traditional AC and DC pump motors, pneumatic air motors, and Micropump's new EagleDriveTM DC electromagnetic motor, capable of rates up to 10,000 RPM.mag drive gear pump

Micropump products excel in your critical applications where precise flow control and fluid containment matter. Micropumps provide:

  • Hydraulic efficiency
  • Power efficiency
  • Corrosion resistance
  • Abrasion resistance
  • Pulseless, continuous flow
  • Dispensing accuracy
  • Fast System response time

Pump head materials of construction include 316 Stainless Steel, Alloy 20, Titanium or Hastelloy C-276. Gears are available in Carbon Graphite, PPS, PEEK, PTFE and Carbon with seals in PTFE, Viton and many other materials. With both Cavity and Suction Shoe gear pump designs available, Micropumps offer optimal, best-in-class performance over a wide range of parameters.

EagleDrive Electromagnetic Drive

eagledrive motorMicropump's EagleDrive motor has been designed to integrate the pump and motor using a current carrying stator to generate the magnetic field and drive the pump head. This design reduces the size of the unit and eliminates the decoupling that can happen with other motor designs. The result is accurate and reliable operation. The drive controller offers thermal and overload protection to the drive and also utilizes a 0-5 VDC external control signal with closed-loop feedback to monitor and maintain a constant speed output. The EagleDrive works with GA, GAF, GJ, GJR and GB Series pump heads.
