EchoPulse
The EchoPulse® provides continuous non-contact level measurement in chemical or water storage applications in above or below grade storage tanks, concrete sumps or in process applications. The EchoPulse has a range up to 114.8' (35m) and features a mere 12" deadband -- enabling accurate measurement of the entire tank. The unit's 4-20mA signal output can be connected to a PLC or SCADA to control pumps, valves, or other process aspects. EchoPulse features antenna's build from rugged 316L Stainless Steel LR15, 316L Stainless Steel and PTFE LR20, LR25, or PTFE LR10 and all units (except the LR30) feature an IP67 aluminum enclosure with a polycarbonate window. Also available, the LR30 is a nylon unit intended for lift station sump applications. The EchoPulse is easily configured via its integral push button display module to get you up and running in a minimum of time.
EchoWave
The EchoWave®, a general purpose guided-wave transmitter, provides continuous level measurement from 9.8' (3m) up to 18' (5.5m) with a 4-20mA signal output. Designed for non-turbulent environments when foam, vapor, vacuum, condensation, high temperature or pressure are present, Flowline's EchoWave is an excellent choice for reliable level measurement in bulk storage, day tank, skid or machine, IBC or drum, process tank or waste sump applications. EchoWave is available with rod, co-axial or cable probes. Select the rod or cable probe when the application involves clean, dirty, coating or crystallizing liquids, and the coaxial probe when measuring clean, non-coating or crystallizing Liquids. The EchoWave probe is constructed of rugged 316 Stainless Steel with an aluminum NEMA 4 enclosure and the unit is easily configured with Flowline's free WebCalTM software.
