Burbank, CA - Ryan Herco Flow Solutions (www.rhfs.com) acquires the assets of Peninsula Valve and Fitting Company (www.penvalve.com) headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
Ryan Herco Flow Solutions reinforces their position as the national leader in the distribution of corrosion-resistant, ultrapure, high value filtration and fluid handling products. This enables Ryan Herco Flow Solutions to better serve niche markets including Semiconductor OEMs and strengthens Ryan Herco Flow Solutions position across additional key markets such as Water, Waste, Semi-Conductor and General Industrial segments. Customers will benefit from the expanded offering of high quality brand products, leading edge technologies and tailored services through Ryan Herco Flow Solutions best in class business systems, Advanced Customer Service (ACS) and logistics solutions.
