Ryan Herco Flow Solutions Acquires Plastic Engineered Products Company (P.E.P.) Burbank, CA March 23, 2012 -- Ryan Herco Flow Solutions acquires the assets of Plastic Engineered Products Company (aka P.E.P.), a leading New Jersey-based industrial distributor of engineered plastics for corrosion resistant and high purity fluid handling products and custom fabrication services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
