Ryan Herco Flow Solutions Announces Acquisition of Barnes Industrial Plastic Piping.
Burbank, CA – Ryan Herco Flow Solutions, the leading specialty distributor of flow solutions for mission critical fluids, announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Barnes Industrial Plastic Piping headquartered in Tampa, Fla.
Chuck Moyer, Chief Executive Officer of Ryan Herco, stated, “The combination of the two companies works very well strategically.
