W60 Series Shut-Off, Divert and Tank Outlet Single Seat Valves
The W60 series product line is a modular family of valves that are the ultimate in easy cleaning, high pressure, low maintenance design.
With 16 standard bodies, 12 different actuators, 5 stem types and a wide range of control tops, these valves can be configured to precisely fit any application.
- Bodies machined from solid bar 316L with laser welded ports
- Standard "S" clamps used to connect adaptors and bodies

W68/W88/W98 Series Throttling / Regulating Single Seat Valves
A modular family of "throttling or pressure control" valves that are the ultimate in: easy cleaning, high pressure, low maintenance design. With 11 standard bodies, 12 different actuators, 4 stem types, flush or standard adaptor, and a wide range of control tops, the valves can be configured to precisely fit any application.
- Bodies machined from solid bar 316L with laser welded ports
- Stems available with low and high flow Cv values
- Seat ring inserts for very low Cv in 1" and 1½" (25mm and 38mm) bodies
- Standard "S" clamps used to connect adaptors and bodies

WR60/WR80 Over-Pressure Relief Single Seat Valves
The Adjustable-Spring actuator lets you set the desired relief cracking pressure right at the valve by simply turning the adjustment screw (see graphics above). Three diameters are available: 4", 5" and 6" (102mm, 127mm and 152mm) for both air-to-raise (AR) on 1.5" – 4" (38mm - 102mm) W61 valves and air to lower (AL) on 2" - 4" (51mm - 102mm) W63 valves. Tef-Flow PEEK™ or metal seats are required for strength and durability.
For clean-in-place applications (CIP), a piston in the actuator allows opening of the valve without having to over pressure it. After relieving or CIP is complete, the valve reseats in place.
- Exterior adjustment with sealed cap to safeguard threaded area, no exposed threads.
- Positive-Stop prevents overloading of spring and engages with the sealed cap to lock in the setting.
- Cracking pressure adjustment ranges from zero (fully unloaded) to maximum published holding pressure of standard, heavy-spring actuators.
- Piston for full opening/by-pass
- Heavy-duty construction with (3) bearing locations and sealed, welded construction
W90 Series Aseptic Diaphragm Shut-Off, Divert, Tank Outlet Single Seat Valves
When the product must be isolated from the external environment, the W90 Series valve is an ideal choice. This series valve utilizes a diaphragm adapter to provide a reliable, hermetic seal around the valve stem.
Suitable for sterilization temperatures to 270°F (132°C) for EPDM or 230°F (110°C) for FKM (fluoroelastomer) and process pressures to 100 psi (7 bar).
W80 Series Aseptic Flush Shut-Off, Divert, Tank Outlet Single Seat Valves
A great solution for aseptic applications, this valve series utilizes a stem flush adapter to provide a liquid or steam barrier around the valve stem.
The W80 adapter has an outer perimeter seal to the valve body with an o-ring that is located forward to the product zone to minimize crevices. The product stem passes through the adapter and is sealed in the upper part and the lower part of the adapter with o-rings.
The W80A adapter provides the additional functionality to run a sterile flush on the body to adapter o-ring seal. While the W80 adapter only flushes the stem seal, the W80A adapter provides a fully aseptic sealing solution.
The flush adapter is a direct replacement for the standard adapter piece, maintaining the same dimensions as the W60 Series and providing the same complete, flexible offering.
W262/W282/W265/W285 Series HTST Flow Diversion Single Seat Valves
For use in HTST (High Temperature Pressure Short Time) systems for diverting product to forward flow after reaching legal pasteurization temperatures.
This non-slamming design prevents water hammer or hydraulic shock conditions caused by traditional flow diversion valves, extending the life of the valve and surrounding process equipment.
The W265 HTST valve assembly comes complete with 1 or 2 Microswitches in each valve control module to meet PMO requirements for position indication. Solenoids optional.
APV DELTA SV1 / SVS1F Butterfly Valves
The APV DELTA butterfly valves from SPXFLOW are stop valves which can be actuated either manually or pneumatically. The valves are very robust and reliable and the space saving design makes them ideal for nearly all applications - a flexible valve which is very easy to install and to service.
Advantages
- Product passages are smooth and the special seals ensure thorough cleaning.
- Unique metallic stop prevents the valve flanges from being tightened too much and protects the valve seal from mechanical overstress thus improving seal lifetime.
- One actuator covers all diameters from 1” (25 mm) - 4” (100 mm).
- Slide bearings on the pivots of the discs increase operating reliability.
