RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pulls, packages and ships orders accurately and cost effectively for customers.
  • Serves customers at “Will-Call” counter, answers questions and sells parts using friendly customer service skills
  • Organizes stock and maintains locations on computer.
  • Load and unloads truck deliveries.
  • Drives company owned truck and delivers orders to customers

REQUIREMENTS 

  • One to three years warehousing, business, or physical distribution experience
  • Post high school education helpful
  • Solid interpersonal skills, able to maintain cooperative working relationship with all levels of personnel
  • Reliable and effective communicator
  • Strong teamwork and professional demeanor
  • Proficient with computer systems
  • Experience with forklifts and other material handling equipment (MHE)

Ryan Herco Flow Solutions is looking for an experienced individual to fill the role of Inside Sales Representative.  In this position, you will:

  • Provide frontline customer service by answering questions, solving problems, entering orders and doing order follow-up;
  • Support Outside Sales in implementing the sales and marketing plan;
  • Maximize customer contact on the telephone by turning inquiries into orders;
  • Encourage expanded sale of products while customer is on the telephone;
  • Maintain relationships with established customers;
  • Write bids and quotations when appropriate and does follow-up;

We need a talented individual to fill the role of Corporate Information Analyst for Ryan Herco Flow Solutions. In this role, the Corporate Information Analyst will be responsible for setting up and maintaining current pricing, part numbers, and bill of materials for all products.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Determines Item Master field values for new item adds
  • Manages new Quick Item Add approvals
  • Creates and maintains vendor price sheets and specially quoted pricing
  • Enters and updates part numbers into AS400 system
  • Maintains national customer discount profiles and scheduling
  • Oversees branch level pricing structures
  • Provides pricing support documentation
  • Interacts with Sales and Vendors regarding product configurations and pricing
  • Maintains end of life product processes
  • Tests new programming in AS400 related to item master, pricing and processes
  • Executes tasks related to new company acquisitions
  • Reports on upcoming price changes
  • Special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 4-year college degree or 3-5 years of equivalent experience in Purchasing, Materials Management and/or Configuration Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational ability
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Detail-oriented and analytical with problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with Mincron, AS400, and/or Hyperion systems a plus
